Cancellations Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may require a new deposit to book. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid affecting other clients. A new deposit may be required to reschedule. Deposits A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Your deposit goes toward the total cost of your service. Deposits are non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or if you do not show up. No-Shows If you do not show up for your appointment without contacting me, your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit may be required for future bookings.
